I bought TCGPro. How do I activate it?
Open TCGPro and type your order number (for example 1001) and the email you used at checkout. There is no key to copy. One purchase works on up to 2 Macs.
macOS says it cannot verify TCGPro. Is that normal?
Yes. TCGPro is sold directly rather than through the App Store, so macOS asks you to confirm once. Click Done, open System Settings, Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. The download includes a step-by-step guide.
I did not get my download email.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to us with the email you used at checkout and your order number and we will sort it out.
Does TCGPro work on Windows?
Not yet. Windows is coming soon. Today TCGPro runs on macOS 13 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel.
